You MUST run the digibatch installer as administrator.
You MUST delete all the batch instances. ("sc delete [service's name]" from command prompt)
Failing to do sothese things, will make the update updater end prematurely.
Untested
If you still have issues with updating, you may need to remove the digibatch services (not the submit service) from Windows' services.
Delete all the digibatch services using the "sc delete XXX" command, where the XXX is the service's name. Then install the digibatchThen install.
After the installation, add the batch instances again.
