Office Connector in Outlook allows the user to attach assets to the message rather than embedding them. In order to attach an asset, click “Attach” button at the bottom of an asset card.

This will open a list of the available qualities. After selecting the quality, the asset will be attached to the message. It can happen instantly or take several seconds, dependent on the size of an asset.
