The audit trail can be accessed:
in the main view: by either clicking ‘Audit trail’ button or by selecting ‘More' on an asset card and then selecting the option 'Audit trail', which will re-direct the user to an 'Audit logs’ view
in asset preview mode: by clicking the button ‘Audit trail’, which will render audit logs in the sliding panel on the right
The user will then be re-directed to ‘Audit logs’ view with a filter for the specified asset pre-selected.

What metadata are subject to audit is fully configurable from ‘System tools’ in the DAM administration view. Navigate to ‘Metadata’, find the field you wish to include in the audit trail and put a checkmark under ‘Audit this field’. This is illustrated below:
