After translating the page to different languages, you will be able to edit page for specific language.

In example below there are two images with Metadata translated to English and Danish languages.

If we open an English version of the page in EPIserver edit mode and add these two images:

Open

Then publish changes:

Open

And open an English version of the page in browser, we can see both images with English title.

In the image URL there is a language identifier.

If in EPIserver edit mode we switch to a Danish version of the page and add the same images.

After opening a Danish version of the page in browser, we can see both images with Danish title.

In the image URL there is a language identifier.
