The Brand Portal feature is a showroom for assets inside the Digizuite DAM. When the feature is enabled, marketeers can create spaces supporting multiple use cases:
Enterprises with multiple brands can create portals for each brand where assets for the specific brands are grouped in a space with brand specific styling.
Companies with different product groups or business units can create a portal for each distinct offering
Brand guidelines portal can be created including logos, templates, selected product assets, and guides, and this can be done for multiple brands and sub-brands
The portal feature can also be used for sharing assets for campaigns and/or events.
The Brand Portals allows the following to be customised by dedicated users:
Hero banners – a large image at the top of the portal page setting the mode for the portal and the content in it
Font type – each space can have a dedicated font. So, if the brand is associated with a font or has a custom font, then it can be used.
Logo – the logo in each portal can be specified. The logo could be a brand logo but also a campaign, product launch or event graphic
Color theme – the main colors can be modified per portal
Asset cards – in each portal or sub-space the layout of the assets cards can be adjusted to support the specific types of assets in the space
And more – there are several more configuration options allowing each space to support the customers use case and purpose of the portal
Configuration
Setting up the brand portal feature includes the following:
Enabling the Brand Portal (as the add-on functionality comes with a cost then it is disabled by default)
Configuration of the custom styles
Creating spaces, applying styles, adjusting settings
