Folder navigation

The assets are organized in the multi-level folder structure. The folders and subfolders are the reflection of the the structure visible also in other Digizuite applications, and can be created and changed in the DAM Center. 

The user needs to double-click the folders and then subfolders to load their conetents. There are two ways to navigate to the previous level:

• by clicking the back arrow in the upper left corner
• by selecting the place to go back to from the navigation menu at the top.

Free-text search

In order to search for assets, the user can choose one of the two methods to enter the search mode:

• by clicking on the magnifying glass icon close to the upper right corner of the application
  
  
• by selecting "Search" from  the menu list
  

This will activate the search box, in which the user can type the search phrase. Pressing "Enter" or clicking the highlighted magnifier glass inside the search box will execute the search and the results will be displayed below.

To exit the search mode before executing it, click on "Cancel" next to the search box.

Sorting 

The user can choose in which order the assets are displayed, based either on upload date or title, by clicking on "Sort" and selecting one of the options from the drop-down list. Default sorting upon starting the application can be configured in the DAM Center.
