CCC1.0.0: 3 Configuration - Digizuite Adobe Creative Cloud Connector
After finishing the installation, you may configure the Digizuite™ Adobe Creative Cloud Connector under the Config parameters in the ConfigManager.
3.1 Config parameters
Navigate to System Tools → Config → Digizuite™ Adobe Creative Cloud Connector and select the correct version. Select the Config parameters tab where the following parameters apply:
- Portal menu (required field: Media Manager Menu (50188) ) - Specifies the metadata tree used for the site menu.
- Sorting types (required field: This field is pre populated with Date & Alphabetic) - Specifies which sorting capabilities the site offers.
- Default sorting (required field: This field is prepopulated with Date) - Sets the default sorting.
- Main search folder (required field: This field is prepopulated with Digizuite™ Adobe Creative Cloud Connector) - References the root channel folder for search engines. Typically, this would not include profile images and the likes.
- Low resolution media formats (required field: This field is prepopulated with JPG small) - A list of low resolution media formats that should be used in the Creative Cloud extension
- High resolution media formats (required field: This field is prepopulated with JPG Big Preview) -A list of high resolution media formats that should be used in the Creative Cloud extension
- Media url (required field: This field is prepopulated with DAM centre URL) - URL to asset streamer (remember to delete ":443" if it's present and add / (slash) in the end of the URL if it's not present)
3.2 Searches
The Connector searches metadata in the language configured for the logged-in user. If the connector user is set to have default language: English, only metadata in the English language sections are searched. Metadata set in the other languages will not be searched.
Searches are defined in the Config manager of the product → searches → DigiZuite_System_Framework_Search.
You might have to populate the searches manually. If you see a cogwheel similar to the one shown below, then you need to press it. This will populate the search for you:
By default, the freetext search will search in the fields: assetName, assetDescription, assetKeywords
For DC greater than (and equal) 4.7.0 the UI is changed (still Adobe Creative Cloud Connector → DigiZuite_System_Framework_Search:
