MM5.4 Audit Trail (Metadata)

Metadata Audit Trail is a trail of all metadata changes performed by users or the system. It is fully configurable which fields to audit and can be anything from title to upload date.

The Audit Trail of Metadata can be accessed by the Audit Trail button from the Asset Preview as illustrated here:

When clicking the button, a table of metadata changes over time is presented to the user.

Configuration

What metadata to audit is fully configurable from System Tools in the DAM Center. Navigate to metadata and find the field you wish to include in the audit trail. This is illustrated here.
