DC 5.8 Breaking changes - Catalog folder security

From 5.7.0 access rights on Catalog folders has been removed. We refer to using the Channelfolder logic for access rights instead.

Should someone have relied on this logic, then the behavior can be simulated through automations.

The catalog folders are still available for logical ordering of assets.
