MM5.10 Asset list configuration

The administrative user has the ability to configure which columns are available to all users when viewing the assets in a list/table form.

This can be done from the Media Manager UI. Navigate to ‘Settings’ (1) → ‘General settings’ (2) → ‘Asset list’ (3).

There are a number of values that are available by default and cannot be removed. These are displayed as chips with muted/inactive color.

In order to add more value the administrative user needs to click on the field below the chips and add new metadata fields from the list. The custom values are displayed as active and can be removed again by clicking on 'x' next to the chip.
