    2. find the vault (group) : Service Delivery, so all the team can have access to them

    1. set up conditions and receipient emai. Note : unfortunatelly in this version is not sending auto email so need copy and paste

    1. copy and share with your contact

    1. Customer receives and works the item internally - can copy, will be able to act according with your set ups
