Indexing

From Sitecore 8.2 Update 2 and downwards, there are some issues with indexing items in Buckets. This means that occasional rebuilds of the index may be required in order for these versions to function.

1.2 Requirements

Before installing the package, ensure the user that is installing has modify access to the following folders and files in the Sitecore web root:
- \App_Config\include
- \App_Data\
- \bin\
- \sitecore\shell\client
- \Sitecore modules\shell\
DAM for Sitecore 9.2.0 requires that Digizuite™ DAM is on version 4.9.0 or newer and that it is configured with a Sitecore channel. See guide DFS 9.2.0 - Setting up the Digizuite DAM Center.
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 or newer, should be installed on the same machine as Sitecore instance is running on.
If you use Telerik RTE and/or reference the Telerik.Web.Ui dll in any of the Sitecore site, then contact Digizuite for a custom build of the DAM For Sitecore package.

Sitecore Experience Platform (XP)		The Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) combines the content management power of our market-leading CMS with contextual insights from the Sitecore® Experience Database™ (xDB). In this product the DFS module either coexists or replaces the existing Sitecore media library.
Email Experience Manager (EXM)		The Sitecore EXM is the Sitecore e-mail marketing platform. DFS enables users to place DAM sourced assets in the e-mail campaigns through the module with efficient search. See documentation for further information.
Sitecore Experience Commerce 9 (XC)		Sitecore Experience Commerce is the Sitecore Commerce product. DFS enables you to build your commerce site with asset sources from your DAM. See documentation for further information.
Print Experience Manager (PXM)	-	Sitecore PXM is the Sitecore Print experience Manager where you can build print publications through the Sitecore interface and Adobe Indesign. DFS does not integrate with PXM but can Co-exist with Sitecore PXM.
Federated Experience Manager (FXM)	-	Sitecore FXM product for consolidating business intelligence data in to Sitecore. Not relevant in this context for the DFS module.
