2 Create Archive Folder in the Catalog Area - DAM v4.6.1

You need to set up an archive folder in the Catalog area in which all the archives will be automatically saved.

Note: The folderid in the archive folder has to be set up. Navigate to System tools → Digizuite™ Configuration and identify the constant Damcatalog_Archive_FolderID and insert the folderid.

The following rights must be set to the folder:

• System user must have write-access to the folder
• In addition, all the Digizuite™ users/groups that wishes to use the asset replace/ asset versioning functionality must have read permissions to the folder.
