Pressing Enter when logging in with SSO either simply closes the login modal

When you login with SSO (i.e. have filled in API Url for SSO login), then clicking enter closes the login box

You must click the login button with the mouse

No feedback when SSO login url is wrong

When you enter a wrong URL in the API Url for SSO Login, then clicking the Login with SSO button does absolutely nothing.

None, do not write wrong url.

CCC-285

SSO login will sometimes not work the first time

If all cookies are cleared and you login with SSO, then the first time always fails.

You must click the login twice
