Asset card configuration

The asset card configuration allows the users to configure the asset action buttons shown on the asset card and the more menu. This allows the system to show the buttons that are most frequently used by users of the system.

Similarly to the asset information configuration this is done per portal and located under System administration → Portals → {Portal name} → Asset card, where a selector is available allowing the configurator to control which asset action buttons should be shown on the asset card and which should be shown in the more menu

Additionally to the Media Manager, which is the current portal, this can also be configured for connectors that utilize the embedded version of the UI. This can be done on the Connectors tab.

Lastly the Shared tab allows the configurator to configure which metadata field should be shown on the asset card, where the default is the description

If this is changed, the value underneath the title of the asset can be changed to display a different field than the description metadata field
